Mr. Benson has always been involved in real estate. He started flipping residential houses, buying duplex's to rent out, and also owned a small retail business. He grew that enough where he could then begin investing in commercial real estate in the early 2000's. His main investment focus' are retail and industrial.

Koby has worked with Jim managing his portfolio since May 2015. He is his right hand man. In addition to a vast knowledge of commercial real estate, Koby has purchased and flipped several residential properties. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Real Estate where he earned a 4.0 Real Estate GPA.
